Lead Business Architect to support our Claims Front Office PRPC processing Requires a strong knowledge of the Financial Claims business and dispute processing. Responsible for the delivery of use cases. Influencing the required business processes and flows Influencing the required analytics and KPI metrics Assisting in the program management and governance across all key initiatives Key Challenges/Job Complexity This role requires a strong knowledge of the SmartDisputes Framework Pega trained and experienced in discovering and documenting use cases; diagrams which describe the interaction between systems and external entities to capture its functional aspects. Lead Business Architect will lead a team of business analysts that employ use cases Document complex business requirements using use case and current-state/future-state process modeling methodology Participate in the inception and elaboration project phases including Use Cases and Direct Capture of Objectives using Pega Work in partnership with Process Architect to drive inception project deliverables and ensure all of the desired system functionality is documented Facilitate scope management and change control procedures in partnership with project leads Training on the main features of Pega PRPC Customer Success (realization of business benefit) Responsible for mentoring and monitoring the quality of Business Analysts deliverables Develop use case methodology talent within the organization Personal Attributes, Skills, and Education Action Oriented: Enjoys working hard and looks for challenges.
