Job Description Analyst: SQL, Analysis Skills, Critical Thinking, Problem Solving SDLC

This candidate will work with our business partners to understand core business problems and determine various alternatives solutions and in house developed applications. This candidate will work with our business partner to gather and document requirements (functional and systems) across multiple sites, create test plans and test cases, execute system integration testing and manage UAT. This person will be assigned to medium and large projects and will need to work independently.

Skill Set:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills - Expert (5+ years)
- Strong core analysis skill, critical thinking, and problem solving - Expert (5+ years)
- Complete understanding and experience in all phases of SDLC - Expert (5+ years)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Expert (5+ years)
- Attention to details - Expert (5+ years)
- Ability to multi-task - Expert (5+ years)
- SQL/DB Visualizer (1-3 years experience)
- SQL skills - Intermediate (1-3 years)
