Network communications, including TCP/IP and DNS Samba/CIFS file sharing and NTFS permissions 4. Citrix and the Information Builders, Inc – WebFOCUS/iWay reporting environment is a plus 5. 3 to 5 years of IT work experience in infrastructure/network environments in network operations, support, maintenance and administration Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of Florida Department of Transportation systems and applications 7 Primary Job Duties/ Tasks This resource will primarily be tasked with performing windows server and application software support activities for BSSO including, but not limited to the following:Support and expand FDOT infrastructure 1. Coordinate server configuration and administration with multiple parties (SSRC, FDOT, and contractors) 2. Troubleshoot end user (FDOT and the general public) issues 3.
