The duties of this position can be broad and may include such tasks configuring the environment, This position requires ownership of complex issues in order to support Department business. 5 Education A bachelors degree from a college or university and seven years of experience in computer systems analysis, computer programming or in planning or designing distributed computer systems; or a bachelors degree from a college or university with major course of study in one of the computer sciences or in management information systems. Experience as described above can be substituted on a year-for-year basis for the required college education. 6 Experience 1. Experience maintaining a Microsoft Office 365 environment - Required 2. Three years experience administering a Microsoft Azure Environment – Required. 3. Experience with implementing Microsoft Office 365 Teams. 4. Experience with Windows Server 2012 or higher is highly desired. 5. Experience with PowerShell or other scripting is highly desired. 6. Experience working on project teams is desired. 7. Experience developing technical processing documentation. 7 Primary Job Duties/ Tasks The activities this candidate will be tasked with include but are not limited to the following: Cloud Resource Service Analyst: 1. Maintain and monitor administrative portal for new features/services and provide recommendations for management regarding the use and/or impact of these features/services. 2. Plan, design and coordinate cloud technology and collaboration services. Specifically, the deployment and implementation of Microsoft Teams. 3. Administer and provide support for cloud and collaboration services such as Teams and other O365 services. 4. Generate and maintain technical documentation as assigned. 5. Develop testing plans for new features. 6. Document and implement new features of Office 365 and Azure systems. 7. Create PowerShell scripts to complete tasks. 8. Support on-premises and Azure Windows servers which support the Office 365 environment. 9. Other duties as assigned. 8 Job Specific Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs): The submitted candidate must be able to apply knowledge, skills, and abilities in the following areas: 1. Ability to identify problems and to generate different approaches to resolve problems. 2. Knowledge in the use of logic and analysis to identify the strengths and weaknesses of different approaches. 3. Skill in interpreting and communicating technical information both verbally and in writing. 4. Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and ability to administer, support and train the user community. 5. Ability to function as an enterprise administrator for current versions of Enterprise Collaboration Software. 6. Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory. 7. Knowledge of PowerShell and/or other scripting tools. 8. Ability to provide excellent customer service. 9. Ability to organize, properly document, and maintain technology project documents as necessary. 10. Ability to plan, organize, coordinate, and prioritize work assignments. 11.
