Provides technical input, and recommendations to HP delivery staff. Engaged in and provides support for all rehearsal efforts. Monitors exercises for customer issues. Provides IT infrastructure support, including server image deployment, server configuration and troubleshooting, hands and eyes support, physical inventory, installation and de-installation and media handling and management Ability to apply intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues. Works on problems/projects of moderately complex scope. Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action. Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input. Follows established guidelines and interprets policies. Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience. May hold entry-level or intermediate-level certification(s) in work field. Typically 2-5 years of relevant experience. Need image deployment and management experience, basic networking skills, communication and analytical skills.
