Engineer will be responsible for 3rd level support, after hours and on-call. Engineer will perform packet capture and analyses, work directly with application and server hardware owners to isolate and resolve problems. Engineer will perform configuration and maintenance on F5 equipment. F5 load balancing, SSL certificate, iRule, SNAT, and health monitor check. The optimal candidate will have significant experience working in a large company environment. Knowledge and experience with Cisco HW, Routing protocols like BGP, OSPF, EIGRP. Experience with Cisco Wireless (WIFI) solution, including Wireless Controllers, and AP. Experience with Cisco ASA VPN, DMVPN, and IPSec tunnel Experience with NetScout to monitor circuit utilization and troubleshooting to isolate network or Server issues.
