Basic Qualifications: - Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited university - Minimum of one or more (1+) years of Scrum Master experience - Minimum of three or more (3+) years working in a Software Development Organization OR Health Information Systems - Minimum of three or more (3+) years of experience working with Scrum Methodologies OR in an Agile Environment Preferred Qualifications: - Scrum Master Certification - Strong knowledge and passion about Agile principles especially Scrum methodology - Confidence in facilitating change and in challenging the status quo to foster team growth - Motivated to continuously improve - Proven ability to crush impediments - Experience leading a team into an Agile environment   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
