Work closely with Product, Architecture and Development teams to gather, analyze and decompose requirements and assist with defining the product road map and decomposing functional and non-functional features & stories, build solution architecture and low-level design and do hands on development. Assist with creating and maintaining team and program level metrics and constantly improving team efficiency.
