* Call Center IVR Experience
* Integration experience
* Nice to have asterisk open source
* Engineer with 5+ years of Experience Advanced knowledge of IVR Routing development and infrastructure
* Advanced knowledge of Avaya Call Manager
* nAdvanced knowledge of Avaya Communication Manager
* Advanced knowledge of Avaya Voice Portal Must be able to work independently and display initiative, self-motivation and dedication necessary for timely and successful work completion
* Self-starter and a team player that will thrive in a fast paced environment.
