Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform Job responsibility with minimal supervision. 2. Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, and peripheral equipment 3. Set up equipment for employee use, performing tests and ensuring proper installation of cable, operating systems, and appropriate software. 4. Work with desktop software images and update desktop software/applications using technologies such as Ghost, Windows Group Policy, others. 5. Maintain accurate record of surplus equipment and newly deployed systems. 6. Work with other IT staff to maintain and support Windows desktops and laptops. 7. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers. 8. Maintains historical records by documenting hardware and software changes and revisions. 9. Be able to lift at least 50lbs of weight. 10. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: 1. Associates Degree with at least 3yrs of work experience) 2. A+ Certification is a plus Technical Experience: 1. Knowledge of: Windows 7, knowledge of active directory/group policy objects 2. Demonstrated high degree of judgment and exemplary customer service skills, including good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. 3. Experience building and deploying images for single-user and multi-user desktops. 4. Understands: email protocols (IMAP, POP, SMTP); security issues such as anti-virus, firewall rules, etc. 5. Problem Solving, Presenting Technical Information, Process Improvement, Software Maintenance, Software Testing, Software Performance Tuning. 6.
