This should occur in two steps. The first step is to identify the "deltas" between the "old" Reflections system and the current Idaho system known as Correction Integrated System or CIS. * The second step is to identify the "deltas" between the CIS system and the Montana System known as OMIS. This will need to be documented in a software package that the Client has selected which is known as Visual Paradigm. This project will be lead by an clientSystem Quality Analyst. * This will be the first step in determining a number of data points that need to be added into a new Offender Management system we are terming as "Idaho Correction Integrated System" or ICIS which will combine the desired functionality of all three systems by Client end users. Depending upon the skill level of the Business Process Analyst and the grant money, the contract term may be extended. * Contractor needs to be available to start work immediately upon award of contract, and Client reserves the right to interview qualified contractors prior to the PSO closing date to help accommodate our estimated start date. Contractor may also be required to work in correctional institutions. 1. Assist in analyzing the systems and documenting the differences that exist in all three offender management systems. 2. May need to assist Montana Department of Correction in some business process indentification. 3. Additional deliverables will be established weekly by the project lead. 4. Contractor must document the business processes in Visual Paradigm and follow the standard documentation format. 5. Work with customers to ensure understanding of the "use" of the systems and data elements as they relate to their business processes. 6. Attend weekly meetings for progress report and any challenges the team may be facing. Required Skills: * Must have at least 2 years experience in working with various computer systems and documenting business process as they relate to the system. * Experience with Agile metholdology of software development and Visual Paradigm a plus.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
