The OMS is based on an object-oriented software architectural framework and has been operational for approximately 1 year. Client seeks a database architect to perform minor updates on our existing system. The OMS operates an algorithm that uses data pulled from Access and Excel to produce a random sampling of RDU offenders (both BHU and non-BHU) as required by the Special Master to comply with the dictates of the Balla Settlement. It draws from data contained in Excel that RDU uses to process incoming offenders along coupled with queries written in Access built into a table that generates the report.To further comply with the Balla Settlement, the OMS needs to produce a fully automatic (no human interaction required) random sample. Furthermore, Clients County Jail Healthcare database, written in conjunction with the OMS, requires general updates to include: -Autofill Functions -Expanded Printing Options -Renamed Tabs - Expanded Category Options (Category Options are chosen from a drop-down list) -Alphabetization of Category Options -Inclusion of Highlight/Bold Options Required Skills: * Testing Java Applications * Design and support automated testing * Experience with SQL server, specifically SQL Server 2012 running on a Microsoft server 2012 R2 * Database installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting * Experience using Micorsoft SSDT/SSSI Tools   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
