Full, real time Data Transfer for all mandatory fields for all supervised release offenders, consisting of the following: 1. Assist in connection from ID DOC to the ISP over the state network 2. Develop and submit all transactions to the IDOC station 3. Insure the EC, EC-C(Entry), MC (Modify), and XC (Cancel) transactions are properly formatted destined to the ID State Message Switch for acceptance and forwarding to NCIC. 4. Manually submit test transactions to NCIC to verify procedures and logic 5. Testing Services II. Weekly timesheets, to be filled out as documented in attached procedure. Orchard, Suite 11 Boise, Idaho 83706 Minimum Requirements (Programming languages, databases, operating systems, etc.) • Six plus years of relevant experience in databases and programming. • Four year college degree in computer science or equivalent technical study. • 3 years plus experience with Microsoft SQL and/or Informix database systems, and is capable of hands-on work in all phases of database design, implementation and management. • 5 years plus experience with XML; schema modeling and document creation. •3 years plus experience with Java or equivalent OO programming language, and is capable of hands-on work in all phases of software design, implementation and management. • Performs data extraction, transformation and loading as needed to meet requirements • Experience in working within an agile methodology framework/environment. , Where applicable, please note that preference will be given to candidates who exceed the minimum indicated years of experience.
