Identfying opportunity for business process improvement and process innovations including use of electronic payment methods and reduction of paper processes while ensuring internal controls and industry best practices. Will capture current state and recommend improvements that aligns with business goals and objectives while looking for ways to streamline and reduce costs or time to delivery and payment. Facilitate Off-campus meeting(s) with stakeholders identified by Agency Contract to outline current-state and future-state of the procurement to payment process. Deliverables shall include, but not limited to: Documentation of existing business processes and recommended business flow to enhance customer satisfaction and increase employee productivity. May include travel to District 4 office in Shoshone, ID and District 3 office in Boise, ID. Required Skills: -Work with customer business units to understand their business processes. -Fundmentals of process mapping experience (i.e. 6-sigma, LEAN, etc.) -Does workflow design and process improvement. -Working knowledge of internal controls Desired Skills: -Knowledge of CGI Advantage financial system or similar. -Understanding of governmental procurement requirements. i.e. state code, lowest responsive responsible bidder, state purchase card programs. -Knowledge of procurement best practices for state government.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
