Job Description Specialist: Completing Backup/Restores, Wipe Hard Drives, Remote Computer Support, Troubleshooting Hardware And Software Ex

Description:

Provide Tier 2 technical support for the ETS Service Center.

* This position will resolve service requests and incidents within specified service levels. They will follow standard operating procedures and may be expected to make relevant updates to existing procedures or create new procedures. They will provide desktop and software support and will be expected to track notes and time in our Landesk Service Desk application.

Required Skills:

Experience must include: installing new images on computers, completing backup/restores, using software to wipe hard drives, remote computer support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues and excellent customer service skills. This individual must have a strong technology background.
