The objective is to engage a qualified contractor with verifiable expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Database to assist Client in maintaining, optimizing, upgrading, and supporting all the Oracle systems. Deliverables: *The Contractor shall maintain a list of items requiring action by either the Contractor or Client personnel. Specific tasks for this deliverable shall include establishing responsibility for the action, status, planned completion date, actual completion date and comments as appropriate. *The Contractor shall report all Service Requests opened with Oracle and entered into Oracle MetaLink to the Client MIS Functional Analyst team. *The Contractor shall provide all necessary documents related to Oracle application and database planning for all future releases, upgrades and patches. *The Contractor shall provide status updates at weekly status meetings held at Client Headquarters. *The Contractor shall provide formal and immediate correspondence and escalation of all issues to the Client Project Manager via email. Reports of this nature shall include issue, risk level (high, medium, low), recommended resolution, consultant assigned, estimated resolution date, and actual resolution date for each issue. *The Contractor shall provide weekly and monthly status reports to the Client Project Manager for all work performed on Clients behalf. (a) Reports of this nature shall minimally include tasks that were planned for during the period, tasks that were completed during the period, tasks that were behind schedule during the period, and also the status of any open issues. (b) Additionally, these reports shall include an appendix with detailed worksheets for each status report which shows the work performed by Contractors consultant(s) on Clients behalf. This appendix must reconcile the Contractors monthly billing. (i) The worksheets shall minimally include for each task performed the name of the Client application, name of Client database, specific task performed, billable hours, hourly consultant rate, and calculated billable dollars. (c) The weekly information should be combined and included on the Monthly Status Report. The Monthly Status Report worksheet shall be attached to all invoices submitted to Client for payment. *The Contractor shall maintain a schedule of all production problems currently being worked. *The Contractor shall maintain all documentation pertaining to the Client Oracle Database configurations, maintenance and administration. *The Contractor shall identify, in writing and in detail, any and all work requested and/or required that is not within the scope of this project and bring it to the attention of the designated Client Project Manager immediately and prior to any work being performed.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
