Major Duties • Act as an application development consultant by working directly with partners requiring data ingestion, data modeling, or report development assistance. • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) with regards to the administration of the platform and assistance with development tasks. • Evaluate new releases of Incorta to understand enhancements and communicate new features with our BI community. • Evaluate and makes recommendation on techniques, practices, or technologies that would enhance business needs. Also work to ensure continuous process improvements. • Take ownership and be responsible for the framework around the Incorta environments including stability and capacity management activities. Candidate must have: • 3-5 years of application development or report development experience utilizing reporting/BI tools (e.g. Crystal Reports, Webi, Cognos, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc…) • Experience with various database types (e.g. SQL Server, Oracle, Access, Hadoop, etc…) and various data modeling activities • Candidate must have experience leading a small team of people, including assigning out work, leading meetings, and reporting status to management • Experience working directly with end users to understand requirements and turn them into technical specifications Experience: • 5+ years of overall industry experience in reporting/BI • 2-3 years of functioning in a lead/administrative capacity for a BI environment • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related discipline   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
