As Java Developer, your daily job will be a combination of designing, building, and maintaining applications in UI and web services . You will get an opportunity to work with a variety of technologies and frameworks.. Job Duties Development in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript . Development to consume APIs services . Work on content management systems (CMS) such as Tridion or SDL Web (experience desirable) . Work on the Frontend framework (Ember, Angular, React) - knowledge desired. Delivery in an Agile environment Identify automation opportunities by working with business partners using EOM and ITIL principles Work on Spring, JSON, Boot, JUnit, Mocks, Groovy, XML, M/GIT, Jenkins, & Splunk in team-based development, including code reviews Must have Technical competencies (in order of importance) (8+ years of experience) Java & JavaScript - Must have - 8+ years of experience REST and SOAP web service development experience on Tomcat - Must have - 8+ years of experience UI development experience on Tomcat and Websphere - Must have - 8+ years of experience Mule ESB development experience - Must have - 5+ years of experience Frontend framework (Ember, Angular, React) - Must have - 5+ years of experience Splunk - 5+ years of experience Experience having been a Technical lead for a small team of Java developers - Must have - 3+ years Nice to have Experience with test-driven and behavior-driven technologies and techniques, specifically using Cucumber, JBehave, Jest, JSlint. - 3+ years of experience Experience working with Continuous Integration Tools: Git, Jenkins, Maven - 3+ years of experience Knowledge of SQL/database query languages like DB2 , Postgre - 3+ years of experience Experience with relational database systems and design OO - 3+ years of experience Experience integrating 3rd party software & enterprise automation solutions - 3+ years of experience Desired Skills Java programming experience with Web experience (Spring Framework) REST APIs,Knowledge of Springboot, MVC. Application Architecture experience or knowledge PostgreSQL knwowledge beneficial but not required.
