This role will be part of a technically complex network and server environment that will present challenges and opportunities for the team and company grow. Helping to provide technical oversight, planning, and implementation across multiple sites. The company is diverse and complex with many security and compliance challenges that must be considered on all technical work being performed. Required • EMC SAN Configuration and Management • Windows server (2003, 2008) Internal Architecture & Administration – Advanced • Network Protocols (TCP/IP) – Advanced • Backup Management (software and hardware knowledge) – Advanced • Microsoft Active Directory, design and strategy – Advanced • VMware ESX – Advanced Nice to Have • VMware View (VDI) – Advanced • Citrix Administration – Advanced • Windows Scripting (PowerShell, VBS, Other) – Intermediate to Advanced • Project Management – Intermediate • Compliance and Security knowledge and understanding Position will help designing technology solutions for the Indianapolis site. This position will be charged with designing, planning, and execution of complex technological solutions. Core Responsibilities • Design, select and implement or recommend systems for each project • Research solutions, select systems, and testing tools to provide sufficient project coverage • Provide on-going technical support for projects as needed • Create technical documentation and provide timely reports on all projects • Adhere to all corporate standards and procedures • Citrix Administration and configuration • VMware Design and Configuration • EMC SAN Configuration • Coordinate changes on Servers, H/W changes, and configuration changes. • Infrastructure Capacity Reporting • Project Management skill in the technical planning and design including Test Strategy, Test Plan, and Test Cases for projects ensuring technical conformance to design specifications and corporate technology standards.
