Job Description Architect: Managing Large Enterprise, Microsoft Develpment Technologies, Vendor Management Experience, EDI IT Project Experience Healthcare

for HBE All Payers Claims Database (APCD) - Leading and coordinating efforts involved with the technical planning of an All Payers Claims Database (APCD) resulting from the implementation of the regulations related to Health Care.
Tasks:
The Systems Architect/Project Manager will be responsible for coordination, planning and organization of the development and implementation activities for the All Payers Claims Data Base (APCD); as well as, perform analysis and negotiation of project scope, budget and schedule and perform management of the vendor contract. They should also be able to provide technical expertise and research emerging technologies and assist with the direction to ensuring that all technologies work effectively together. Assist with planning of resources for the project. Monitor and track project risks, issues, budget and schedule. Keep Business sponsors and management advised of project status.
Requirements:
Must have extensive experience in managing large scale complex projects utilizing Microsoft based technologies. Must be experienced in management of vendors and contracts for large scale Information Technology projects. Experience with the EDI 837 transaction set for the electronic submission of healthcare claim information required and knowledge of the health insurance marketplace, managed care, and claims processing systems preferred.
