Communicate with other management, developers, product owners and technical support specialists on product issues. • Participate proactively in developing and maintaining team standards, tools and best practices. • Ensure the development teams are practicing the core Agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability and visibility. • Coach and mentor teams to identify efficiencies to improve ability to release quality products early and often. • 5 + years in IT technical or project management. • 3 - 5 years experience in Agile software development environment. • Scrum Master Certification preferred. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project. • Experience with developing and deploying software. • Experience working with offshore teams a plus. • Must have a thorough understanding of Agile software development methodologies, values and procedures. • Must be an expert at Agile Team Coordination as well as the application of Agile practices relating to one or more of the following disciplines; Requirements, Planning Development/Testing, Project Management. • Team player with the ability to work within a collaborative environment. • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse personality types. • Must be self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities/tasks as delegated. • Ability to coach the team to reach their highest potential and stay on target. • Excellent communication and partnership skills.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
