Position Summary:
The Massachusetts Judiciarys Information Services Department (JISD) has implemented a new case and document management system utilizing Dells / EMCs Documentum xCelerated Composition Platform (xCP) platform. JISD wishes to migrate their legacy images and metadata that were previously stored in a FileNet imaging repository into their Documentum repository.

JISD is seeking a Documentum Senior Developer who understands Documentums Data Model, Object Model, Security Model and is able to design and architect applications. The candidate should have experience with xCP 2.x, have knowledge of task manager customization, workflow development, process builder / manager and workflow method development. Must have 5+ years overall experience as a Java / .Net Developer with a good understanding of the whole application stack, including web and application servers (i.e. Weblogic, Tomcat, Jboss, etc.). This would include:

1. Strong Java or .Net XML development.
2. XML, XSD, CSS JQuery development
3. Java Spring MVC model.
4. STS, JBoss, Maven and JUnit.
5. FileNet, JMS and Git would be a plus.

This professional should be able to work with business users to translate business requirements into technical specifications. They should be able to develop technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to internal JISD staff.

Responsibilities
1. Defines requirements and plan project lifecycle deployment.
2. Defines resources and schedule for project implementation.
3. Performs team assessments and evaluations.
4. Designs and maintain technical and project documentation.
5. Communicate technical issues and challenges in a timely manner to the technical lead and/or management.
6. Will gather business requirements, make technical recommendations and leading implementation efforts within the organization.
Qualifications
Experience with integration of various systems including Apache Tomcat, Documentum Content Server / Repositories.
1. Knowledge of Documentum 7.x Content Server in a Windows / Oracle Server Environment.
2. Current working experience with Java and Apache Tomcat in either a development or design role.
3. Manage user and role based security within Documentum and other imaging products.
4. Former local, state, federal government experience preferred.
5. 5+ years of development experience.
6. 5+ years Object Oriented application development experience in a structured environment with a defined software development lifecycle
