Description :
Client is seeking for an individual(s)/contractor(s) to upgrade our existing PDS (Participant Database System) reporting system from Cognos 8.4 to the latest version of Cognos 10. In addition, the PDS Cognos Reporting system will provide secure access of PDS data via the CTF Portal.

Responsibilities :
A successful candidate must be able to understand the organizations operations in order to assess and evaluate the business needs and to leverage the PDS reporting system with the on-going enhancements/changes of the PDS core system in order to provide solutions that meet the expectations of CTF and other partner agencies. A strong and thorough understanding of the Cognos technology and the database transformation will be required to perform the enhancements effectively.
The primary goal of this enhancement is to incorporate the MIECHV (Maternal, Infant, Early Childhood Home Visiting) Program into CTFs PDS reporting system. DPH (department of Health) in collaboration with CTF (Childrens Trust Fund) has requested the integration of the MIECHV program to collect and track into PDS. Thus, reporting against new data is very essential to support the data analysis of the evidence based home visiting models.

* Successfully installed Cognos 10 and with the Web Portal & Exchange 2007 Active Directory
* Successfully converted reports to Cognos 10
