The work will include both advising ExecDept and other agencies about appropriate processes for identification and preservation of relevant electronically stored information (ESI) and use of Relativity to search and access such ESI, as well as coordination and implementation of those processes through Navigant for the purpose of achieving efficient and effective use of this e-discovery vendors services. Required Skills: * Minimum of five years in information technology or related responsibilities with at least three years of direct project management experience on information technology projects or e-discovery projects. * Demonstrated experience with e-discovery project management such as requirements definition; project plan development; risk management; scheduling and estimating; resource management; communications management; quality assurance, etc. * Must have excellent human relations, communications and analysis skills, planning and organizational proficiency and sound business judgment. * Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed organization – “manage without authority”. * Must be familiar with IT business practices and be able to interface and integrate with state technology organization functional areas. * Ability to understand and follow sometimes complex oral and written instructions * At least five (5) years experience managing e-discovery vendors from the customer side throughout the EDRM lifecycle * Excellent understanding of e-discovery requirements * Excellent understanding of data security and privacy * Program/Project Management experience for large scale, cross organizational based projects * Ability to manage and deliver on multiple threads within aggressive timelines and shifting priorities * Proficient at office tools such as Microsoft Project and Office Suite, spreadsheets and producing simple reports and presentations. Desired Skills: * Familiarity with the privacy and security laws governing the Executive Departments health care and criminal record data * Familiarity with standard project management methodologies and implementations * Familiarity with managing service levels offered by SaaS and e-discovery vendors * JD * Working knowledge of Relativity e-discovery software * Experience in report building, data modeling * Experience managing vendors in the creation of role-based access systems * Experience in data architecture and with reporting solutions   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
