Specific duties will include coordination of HSN test team resources and activities. Report daily/weekly status on test case creation, execution and defects found during test cycle. Identify Risks and Issues and follow through to resolution. Attend project meetings as appropriate. Facilitate QA Analysts interaction with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, Architects, and Technical Infrastructure resources to ensure EOHHS Quality Assurance standards are met. The QA Team Lead will review software development deliverables such as Project Plan, Construction Iteration Plan, Requirements, Use Cases, Integration Test Results, for thoroughness and detail The Team Lead will provide review summary of deliverables at milestone checkpoints. The QA Team Lead will monitor Risks, Issues, Defects and Enhancement Requests providing metrics for decision making and mitigation strategies where appropriate. All test activities will be documented and all anomalies recorded and tracked to resolution. Required Skills : * Broad knowledge of testing approaches , techniques and tools * Diagnostic and problem solving skills * Hands on experience leading a team of QA analysts * Previously responsible for test cases creation, execution and reporting * Experience reviewing cross discipline deliverables * People skills especially diplomacy and advocacy * Experience of tetsing EDI transactions 837 I, 837 P, 835, 270, 271, 276, 277 Transactions. Desired Skills : * Working knowledge of Rational Unified Process Development Methodology with focus on requirements and test management * Experience with Test tools such as Clear Quest, Reqpro, Test Manager, Robot and Mercury Interactive Tools * Experience mentoring colleagues on creation of cross discipline UP deliverables * J2EE programming skills * Experience with Health Claims applications specifically MMIS * Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
