Client has an opportunity for a Contracts Specialist role based in Quincy, MA. This is a 6+ month position. Here are the details: Title: Contracts Specialist Location: Quincy, MA (Remote to start) Duration: 6+ month contract Position Description: The candidate should have proven ability to review, red-line and negotiate multiple types of IT contracts, including but not limited to: Professional Service Agreements, Statements of Work, Change Orders, Amendments, Hosting Agreements, Software as a Service (SaaS) Agreements and Cloud Agreements. Essential Job Functions: Analyzing, reviewing, revising (“red-lining”) and tracking new/renewal IT contracts Acting as primary point of contact for vendors and internal business customers Validating contracts to ensure all business and legal requirements are met Securing authorized signatures for contract execution Providing training, guidance, risk assessments and recommendations to management and other internal business customers Intelligently assessing complex issues and providing input for process improvements to maintain the integrity of the contract management process Requirements: Demonstrated experience with red-lining, reviewing and negotiating IT contracts Strong Microsoft Word skills – specifically tracking changes and adding comments Self-starter Legal background or experience in reviewing/negotiating contracts Strong attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills to work with business partners across all areas and all levels of the company Ability to prioritize and multitask multiple requests simultaneously Ability to work well in a team environment or independently, as necessary Clear, professional written and verbal English skills, especially grammar and proof-reading Desired skills: Proficiency in Adobe Pro Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Proficiency in SharePoint Coupa Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) or other Contract Management system experience   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
