Developers must have a strong knowledge of system development, understanding of emerging technologies, and familiarity with current processes/methodologies. Responsibilities: * CA Clarity Technical Developer for Leading all Clarity Integration and Clarity Configuration. * Lead developer, technical administration and support for the full IT Governance Suite of Tools. * All Integration and Data Governance across the Governance Tool Suite * Setting up and maintaining multiple environments for each of the Governance Tools * Installing and maintaining applications, licenses, and access rights for the Governance Tools * Developing and Testing ETL activities for Data across the Governance Tools * Testing the existing Tool Integrations across the Governance Tools, working with Vendors to support integration issues * Implementing all Technical Administration Process and Procedure for Data Governance COE * Installation and Configuration of Data Governance Modeling Solution * Implementing the IT Services Management Data Model on existing systems in preparation for IT Services Project. Requirements: * This position requires a BA/BS in computer science with 3 to 5 years of experience in Web application development OR equivalent total experience,preference for those with Technical Administration Certification in CA Clarity. * Experience in CA Clarity Portlet Development and the use of Gel Scripting with Portlets, NSQL, and SQL. * 2+ years strong knowledge of HP QC or ALM Database structure, Data Integration, and SQL configuration Scripting. * Responsible for coding, testing and analyzing application software. Technology competencies could include: Java, HTML, CSS, ASP, .NET. SQL, NSQL. Skills: Strong experience with Tech administration of PPM Tool Application Relational Database maintenance and support. Daily job and report monitoring, data validation, and maintenance, process scheduling and monitoring (1-5 years). Strong relational database reporting development and maintenance using Business Objects, Crystal, SAS, and other application imbedded reporting tools. Experience in creating and managing middleware/ETL processes. XML application integration, or other data integration technology. PPM Tool (Prefer CA Clarity). Application technical support, administration and maintenance. Strong SharePoint Administration and Integration application support experience.
