Description:

The Suburban Mobility Authority for Regional Transportation (SMART) is soliciting competitive quotes from
qualified vendors for an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). SMART is seeking a consultant to provide
EAP services for its employees and their immediate family members.
SMART employs approximately 900 full-time and 16 part-time employees. It is the intent of SMART to
implement a full-service Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for all employees. We are seeking proposals
to implement and administer such a program.
A. Project Organization
The successful bidder shall provide a project manager to oversee the counseling of SMART employees, to
assume ultimate responsibility for written reports and see the project through to satisfactory conclusion.
The Manager of Employment and Training will be responsible for project direction, review, and approval of
all work, as well as the overall administration of the contract for compliance with interpretation of scope.
