The selected applicant will be responsible for managing our fleet of servers, working with our development team to deploy new and update existing software and applications, and working with our technical support team to maintain an effective, reliable, and secure infrastructure for our stores and home office. Responsibilities Setup, configure, update, monitor and maintain hybrid Cloud / On-Prem servers Create, monitor, and verify backups of data to ensure business continuity Manage, monitor and maintain network infrastructure for LAN/WLAN Administrate Microsoft Active Directory domain Administrate hybrid Exchange / Office 365 mail system Setup, configure, update, monitor and maintain server hosted software and systems in concert with the Development team Ensure a safe and secure infrastructure system as a steward of our customer and employee data Create and maintain infrastructure / configuration documentation Act as an escalation point for technical (Help Desk) support to technology end-users and company support staff. Required Skills Windows Server (2012 R2, 2016) Hyper-V Active Directory, to include: Domains, Group Policy, Certificate Services Microsoft Exchange (2013, 2016) Linux (CentOS / RHEL / Amazon Linux) Networking Strong networking fundamentals and knowledge of the TCP/IP stack Understanding of IPSec, VLANs, RADIUS, 802.1x Managed Services Web Servers: IIS, Apache Database systems: MS SQL Server, MySQL / Aurora Office 365 / Exchange Online Nice to have Skills: AWS Cloud Infrastructure management Secure IAM Configuration Elastic Beanstalk, EC2, RDS, CloudWatch monitoring Managing VPCs, NACLS, Security Groups Experience using and managing: Veeam (or similar backup management systems) LANGuard (or similar vulnerability scanning and remediation systems) osTicket, Jira, Confluence, Service Desk Datadog monitoring and APM Office 365: SharePoint, Teams   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
