Description :

Support executive management in IT strategy formulation with focus on Unified Communications solutions.

Lead key enterprise call center architectural design projects. This position plans, engineers configures, tests and administers the controlling software for the various Cisco UCCX, PCCE, CUCM and SBC clusters that provide related voice services to the SoM Cisco Enterprise Voice and Call Center users. Requires in-depth knowledge of telecommunications technologies. Above average verbal and writing skills, poise, tact, diplomacy, self-confidence, ability to interpret and apply technical instructions and guidelines to job performance; extreme attention to details is essential.
