The purpose of the Survey is to measure employee and student engagement, attitudes, perceptions, and commitment level towards the organization. Conduct a strategic planning session with key Oakland University personnel, namely members of the Climate Survey Committee. Establish a plan for the Survey launch and timeline that meets the Universitys stated objectives. Assist in the development of a communication plan and process plan. Administer the Survey. Collect and manage data. Prepare various analysis and reports based on the data collected. Partner with OU in determining final survey results, interpreting results, and will participate in presentations to leadership and employees across the campus. Make recommendations regarding next steps based on Survey results. At the conclusion of the Survey, the vendor may be asked to assist in the facilitation of focus groups to gain a better understanding of Survey findings. Consultant shall designate and provide at no charge to Oakland University an official representative to serve as liaison with the University in overseeing the relationship between the vendor/consultant and the University.
