Job Description Specialist: TIBCO BW, EMS Tools, Data Warehouse, SAS

Experis is seeking a TIBCO Lead to help our Minneapolis client manage an offshore team of TIBCO Developers.

The requirement for this role is TIBCO Tech Lead with strong TIBCO BW and EMS development experience. Efficiently communicate and collaborate with cross functional teams. Should also be a fast pace learner.

There will be limited coding required for this role as the offshore team is responsible for a majority of all development. The Tech Lead will do code reviews, assign work to offshore, etc. This position is required to sit in Minneapolis.
