Job Description Analyst: Peoplesoft Asset Management, PeopleSoft 9.2, PeopleTools 8.52+, PeopleSoft 9.1+ Experience

Description :

The functional lead role for the PeopleSoft Asset Management (AM) module must have version 9.2 experience in a public sector environment and be considered a functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the stated module(s). Successful candidates must have 12 years experience in similar lead roles, be proficient with PeopleSoft design, configuration and testing of PeopleSoft Financial Management Solutions (FMS) application at

it relates to the stated module(s) and their integration with other PeopleSoft FMS and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules.

Candidates shall possess deep business process experience and PeopleSoft functional expertise in guiding business users and teams through the process of upgrading the PeopleSoft application from version 9.1 to 9.2, including performing retrofit analysis by business process, updating configuration to adhere to PeopleSoft 9.2 system and reviewing new PeopleSoft 9.2 functionality as it relates to the clients current business process and/or modifications.

• Manage respective PeopleSoft modules to deployment including driving all related project tasks, objectives and milestones
• Direct and guide PeopleSoft 9.2 functionality decisions as they related to the client business processes
• Provide business process design, configuration and documentation for any new 9.2 functionality
• Act as a liaison between the client functional and technical staff
• Report status to Project Management Office (PMO) team and help draft regular communication across the project
• Provide project estimates for changes in business process and / or additional new functionality
• Track, escalate and document project risks, issues, decisions and changes to scope
• Provide input and research into project recommendations and decisions
• Work with software vendor to submit defects in delivered functionality
• Provide other project related experience as necessary
Perform configuration analysis and documentation, especially as it relates to PeopleSoft 9.2 functionality
• Lead test preparation including test scenario and test script review and creation
• Lead interface review and analysis and create documentation on recommendations
• Take lead for testing execution for the various test cycles
• Create, document and track issues and resolution
• Create input for communication and change management
• Provide detailed analysis and input to training material
• Provide input and review of complex system modifications
• Complete functional specification documentation per standards
• Review and analyze PeopleSoft security roles and permissions and document any changes and/or recommendations
• Review and analyze PeopleSoft batch process schedule and dependencies using AppWorx or another batch scheduling tool and document any changes and/or recommendations
• Review and analyze PeopleSoft workflow and document any changes and/or recommendations

Mandatory Qualifications

(to be initially scored as pass/fail. Thereafter, proposals where the resource(s) meets the Mandatory Qualifications will be scored in part on the extent to which the resource(s) exceeds these mandatory minimums. See RFO Evaluation Process, below.)

• Vendor must propose an hourly rate at or below vendors Max Hourly Rate for the category.
• 12 years experience in PeopleSoft Asset Management (AM) lead roles
• 2 years experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 AM module in a public sector environment (i.e., Federal, State, County, City, or Municipality government, or Higher Education)
• 1 year experience with PeopleTools 8.54 or higher
• 5 years combined experience in full lifecycle upgrades or implementa
