Job Description DBA: Lotus Database, SharePoint, SQL Server DataBase,

Description:

The project Response should include a Project Overview, Resources, Approach/Methodology, Change Control Plan, Issue Tracking Plan, Assumptions and Quality Assurance Plan. The Contractor must provide a detailed description and firm, fixed price for each deliverable. The description must specify the tasks to be completed for each deliverable and the time frames in which the tasks will be completed. The Contractor should provide a work breakdown structure or project plan.

When archiving a Lotus Notes database, the following are required:

• Move all information from a Lotus Notes database into a SQL Server database housed in the State of Missouris SQL Server Cluster. Each Lotus Notes database must have its own SQL Server database. The contractor will be required to develop the DDL to create the SQL Server database. Staff will run the DDL to create the actual database.

• A writen datamodel containing images of how the orignial screens were laid out, what those fields on the screen were called, and what those fields are called in the new SQL Server database.

• A subject matter expert (SME) will be identified for each Lotus Notes databaseto be archived. The SMEmust be interviewed to determine what should be on a report and the optimal report parameters for each report. Limiting the scope of the report effort is critical. There should be no more than 3 reports for each converted Lotus Notes database. The number of parameters must be kept to a minimum for each report. A report specification, approved by the SME and ITSD Project Manager, will be required for each report.

• For each developed report specification develop a Crystal Report and deploy it into the existing Business Objects Reportal. At a minimum, the report must contain the following:
o All information for a given record with the cooresponding field name
o Date & time the record was created
o Date & time the record was last modified
o Who created the record
o Who modified the record

When converting a a Lotus Notes database to Sharepoint, the following are required:

• Move all historical information from the Lotus Notes database into a Sharepoint application.
• The Sharepoint application must replicate the following as closely as possible to the original Lotus Notes database:
o Look & feel
o Workflows
o Security
o Reports
