The consultant will provide technical support for the Mississippi Accountability System for Government Information and Collaboration (MAGIC). MAGIC is the State of Mississippis ERP solution based on the SAP software. The software is used by all 120+ State agencies for their financial, procurement, grants management, and reporting needs. The financial, procurement, and grants management modules have been in production since 2015. The State is currently supporting the implementation the SAP SuccessFactors software for Human Capital Management (HCM) and Payroll Processing. The consultant will support the SAP On- Premise applications and the SAP cloud-based SuccessFactors software. Required Skills/Experience: Provide the minimum required skills and/or experience the contractor must possess to qualify for this position. These requirements will be transferred to the Score Sheet and candidates without these requirements reflected on their resume will NOT be presented to the manager for consideration. The following skills are required. 1. Five years experience with SAP BASIS administration and technical core tasks including SAP software installation, upgrade, support packages, patches, workload analysis, system error analysis, performance monitoring, and maintenance of multi-landscape environments. 2. Two years experience working with an SAP operational system for a Public Sector client. Remote until deemed safe to travel; eventually will be required to be onsite in Jackson 3.
