Job Description Engineer: Citrix Engineer, VMware (E.G., Building And Maintaining VM Servers) Administration, Horizon View, VSphere, ESXi, XenApp

Candidate must be our W2 Employee

Candidates RTR form should be only on the name of APEX Systems



Top 3 requirements:
Senior Citrix experience within an enterprise environment
XenApp OR similar virtualization technology exp. (Ex: VMWare, Horizon Product Suite) **XenApp HIGHLY preferred.
Strong application support skills (desktop/server)



Day to Day Responsibilities/Extra info: Will be working on a Security funded project to add applications on Citrix. Will bring a couple hundred extra servers into the environment. Will be providing Tier III Support for the environment. Lots of application troubleshooting. All applications directly interact with trading platforms, so the users they will be supporting are high end users – very stressful environment – must be okay with this. The environment is extremely customized in terms of process, change controls, and deployments. Must have knowledge of change management processes. Will be communicating daily with Application teams. May be on call for 1 week/month (nights/weekends during that week).
