Aardvark is a repository of most if not all applications used here at BCBSNC. Most are assigned to an Owning SDM. Information requirements like: • Is business owner correct? • Is App still being used? • What is the current production version the users are running on? • What is the latest version available for upgrade? • Is it installed stand alone on desktop only, server based, cloud based? • Does it have a database? (SQL?) and does it run on a server here (HCL)? • Many more potential questions? Requirement is to “interview” application owners, ask architects potential questions, and speak to the business owners. Communication skills would be a high priority, as well as organizational skills (being able to organize the data from multiple sources). Potential is that the person could assist driving/stat using upgrades of applications if any are discovered. The selected candidate will exhibit the following qualifications: • Excellent verbal and written skills • Comfortable interacting at all levels • Ability to coordinate and schedule meetings • Excellent MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills • Ability to prioritize work and take direction from multiple stakeholders • Ability to understand, anticipate, and act on stakeholder needs Additional value added capabilities include: • Experience working with technical or technical architecture teams • Some experience with Aardvark or similar application   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
