This position will have significant responsibilities as part of Client development and will work closely with business as well as the reporting leads and Curam data architects on database design and development issues. * Duties include but are not limited to developing, managing, and updating data models, including logical and physical models of the data warehouse data mart, staging area, and sometimes operational data stores and sources systems; conducting discussions with key business analysts and data analysts to identify business rules that translate into data structure requirements; creating the contextual and high-level data models, the attributed logical data model, and dimensional models. Duties also include developing processes for capturing and maintaining metadata from all data components, and working with DBAs to complete physical database designs. Required Skills: * Minimum five or more years experience with datawarehousing on reporting architecture, as wwell as working with business, application, technology, and enterprise architects . * Experience in data modeling, ETL processes and development. * Skilled in both business and IT processes with the ability to interface with Business and Aapplication Development teams. * Experience with full software development lifecycle, developing data standards and best practices, and disaster recovery planning. * Understanding and ability to use database management systems (Oracle) * Experience with ETL tools such as Oracle Warehouse Builder * Strong conceptual, communications, and technical skills * Strong ability to represent data requirements as Conceptual and Logical Data Models * Strong ability to represent data requirements as a Dimensional Model * Ability to model data using several data modeling tools as well as MS Visio * Ability to reverse engineer an existing data store using a tool. * Ability to collect and model Metadata requirements in the form of a meta model Desired Skills: * Experience with Oracle 11 * Knowledge of and experience with the Curam data model and Curam reporting solution   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
