Required Skills: • Minimum of 7 years experience in advanced technologies • Minimum of 4 years experience architecting enterprise, technical solutions • Demonstrated experience with application solution design utilizing MS Biztalk, .NET, MS SQL Server, IBM DB2, Z/OS Mainframe • Strong, demonstrated application design and development skills (object-oriented analysis and design techniques) • Strong, demonstrated design skills utilizing UML and MS Visio • .NET application design and development • Business/Consumer-facing web applications and Web Services • Experience with design and implementation of NIEM compliant data exchanges • Familiarity with PCI standards and point of sale application deployment and integration • Web services design/development • Project technical leadership capabilities, design and development oversight • Experience integrating solutions across disparate platforms including distributed, web-based, and IBM mainframe Desired Skills: • Experience on large government technology solution projects specifically in support of a State Motor Vehicle Organization • Experience architecting solutions in accordance with State and/or NC DOT Enterprise Architecture, security, and project management standards and methodologies. • Strong application, information, and integration architecture skills • Comprehensive IT analytical skills and strong problem-solving analytical skills • Working knowledge of various multi-user, multi-tasking operating systems/platforms (Unix, Windows, z/OS) • Legacy, mainframe application modernization experience • Ability to effectively adapt to rapidly changing technology and apply it to business needs • Ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer confidence in ability to deliver to business needs. • Develop technical design specifications according to development standards. • Strong analytical and conceptual skills; ability to create and advise on solutions for various project needs   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
