Creation and modification of test and production data, base schemas, and a primary role in the creation of database migration plans will also be required to support both development and operations and maintenance activities. The individual will also be involved in development of procedures for effective database use and must ensure standards are met. Required Skills: * Demonstrable skills with Curam Software and database schema and Oracle database software including the ability to configure, monitor, tune, backup and restore Oracle database servers. * Ability to author code in SQL, PL/SQL and Unix/Linux. Applicant should be proficient in one or more shell scripting languages. * Skills with advanced security and SQL replication are desired. IT technical certifications are a plus. * Experience in a Curam software development environment, * Considerable Oracle or skills * The ability to work co-operatively in a team, plan and coordinate the work of others, communicate effectively both orally and in writing and establish/maintain effective working relationships. * Candidates with extensive experience configuring and tuning Curam databases in a Curam DBA role in Oracle is preferred. * Proficiency in shell scripting, strong planning, designing and optimization skills, Oracle 11g knowledge, and SharePoint a plus.
