Responsibilities: * Define and Configure of the Open Text Content Server products in the NCDOT environment * Define, Design, and Configure specific Applications Solutions for multiple releases of OpenText integrated with SharePoint * Define, Design, and Configure OpenText SharePoint AGA for all SharePoint libraries and all sites for multiple releases. Configure the document library and search web parts. Configure SP AGA to support the file types and the attributes * Define, Design, and configure search templates consisting of categories and attributes * Define requirements for integration to Line of Business systems (e.g. SAP Financials)and other services (Microsoft Active Directory) * Define requirements for Integration of a full SharePoint AGA deployment and MicroStation * Define NCDOTs federated Search/Index Design, configuration and implementation requirements. * Provide Ad Hoc support using a consultant provided change management system for reporting and tracking support issues * Workflow development and implementation * Plan, design and implement a solution for migration of content from shared-drives into Open Text (including templates, Workflows and Reports) * Planning, Design and Implementation of Backfile conversions from paper to the ECM digital repository * Planning, Design and Implementation/Integration of OpenText and other IT services and business specific applications (using the SDK and other web parts, etc.) * Design/Implementation of Sharepoint collaborative team sites that integrate with Open Text * Deliver knowledge transfer to the IT staff ongoing and throughout the engagement of this contract. Required Skills: * Minimum of five (5) Years experience in development on the OpenText Content Server (Livelink) enterprise content management system, specifically around Metadata taxonomy, search design, workflows, and reports. * Minimum of five (5) Years experience with Microsoft SQL Server database integration and understanding of Content Server Schema as well as query optimization * Minimum of five (5) Years experience in use and administration of Microsoft SharePoint * Certification in CSC Catalyst methodology for managing enterprise information system lifecycles * Proven experience with OpenText implementations, OpenText SharePoint AGA design, configuration, and deployment * Demonstrable track record of deploying and managing Enterprise Content Management applications Desired Skills: * Integrating Open Text with SharePoint. * Managing OpenText support tickets with OpenText support. * Working with OpenText product managers in the facilitation of product enhancements and incidents * Upgrading Content Server (Livelink) environments Experience: * OpenText administration, patch, and upgrade * Records Management implementation and support * OpenText core modules, Workflows, RM Module, Classifications, RM Classifications, etc.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
