Job Description Specialist: LANDesk Management, Windows Server, MCSE Certification,

[NOTE(3):A.Up to (3) submissions per Vendor will be allowed / (1) candidate submission per email
B.Some local and overnight travel may be required
C.Candidate must have a valid driver license]

Required:
Minimum (5) years experience in the following areas:
1. LANDesk Management Suite administration
2. Windows server support

Preferred:
1. Linux server support
2. LANDesk Asset Lifecycle Management administration

Other Required Experience/Skills:
? MCSE Certification
? Excellent written and oral communication skills
? Ability to develop, document and test procedures and standards for LANDesk and server support
? Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette
? Attention to detail
? Ability to perform diagnostics on software and/or hardware
? Ability to resolve routine and non-routine problems independently and in consultation with senior level decision-makers, peers and vendors

Other Requirements:
The vendor must notify the Agency if any portion of the requirements listed in this Task Order are to be outsourced to other countries. ? Include this information in your Task Order response.

Canidate MUST be able to kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, lift and carry at least 60 lbs (NO Exceptions)

- Candidate must have a valid driver licens
