The contractors software must meet Center for Medicare& Medicaid Services (CMS) certification requirements and the successful offeror must participate in the CMS certification process. It has a good faith effort exemption waiver until December 31, 2020. The STATE targets a timeline for implementation of the data aggregator in order to avoid a federal medical assistance percentage (FMAP) reduction.
