The vendor has extensive experience with WIC EBT, assisting on several WIC EBT implementation initiatives, and working with WIC EBT contractors. The vendor is well known and respected within the WIC community. The vendor has developed strong working relationships not only with ND state WIC program staff but also with the local agency staff across the state of North Dakota. The vendor has nineteen years of experience with WIC and assisted with the design of the eWICLegeNDS system. The vendor has served in various capacities that built and supported the original system, WICnet as well as the new system, eWICLegeNDS. The vendor has knowledge of both systems and the business practices of North Dakota.
