Description:

we are looking to contract with a vendor to provide trained, established, experienced IT Professionals, with current and progressive work experience in the following job roles and roles /responsibilities to assist in meeting the increased demand and workload in J2EE.

Current and progressive work experience in the following technology is required:

The following skills sets are required:

• Primary Skills Set:

o Requires a minimum of 4 years of current and progressive experience in this role.
o Knowledge and experience designing/developing web applications using Object Oriented and J2EE concepts.
o Proven design, development and testing skills and experience
o Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills to refine computer software to produce the required product.
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills with written and verbal English language proficiency
o Good time management skills
o Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
o Ability to coordinate closely with IT management, team members and Agency personnel
o Scrum working experience
• Primary technical skill sets, and experience include:
o Web application development using Java, Struts, Spring MVC, JSP, EJB, JDBC, JavaScript
o Understanding of multiple Frameworks
o LDAP
o Structured Query Language (SQL), PLSQL
o Good working knowledge of relational databases such as Oracle, DB2, MS-SQL

o Knowledge of Crystal Reports

• Toolsets include:

o Eclipse
o Git
o Microsoft Azure DevOps
o RAD/Websphere Application Server
• In addition, preference may be given to individuals with experience related to Department of Transportation business areas:
o Motor Vehicle
o Drivers License
o Highway Construction
