Performs application configuration, monitoring, maintenance, and testing of application performance, ensuring reliable operation for all users, and troubleshooting system failures or computer hardware and software issues. May conduct training and support other application users within the organization. Education, Skills and Abilities: Bachelors degree in technology or statistical related field. Experience with healthcare related applications and data preferred. Experience in technical application support and troubleshooting of software and hardware issues; configuration and enhancement of application software, upgrading systems and processes to improve functionality, installation and testing of new or changed hardware/software, responding to and resolving end user reported issues, and oversight of system and related data backup processes. Additional duties. General Server administration/ configuration of Windows Server 2016 and/ or greater Experience with Server troubleshooting Experience with Server Performance tuning Experience/ understanding of Active Directory Understanding of virtual server technology Knowledge of systems architecture, computer network administration, database management, and application/software configuration. Good listening skills and ability to work in a highly collaborative environment with various stakeholder groups/end users and technology staff to configure, enhance, upgrade and maintain application/software and hardware.
