Note:

Description:

High school diploma or equivalent and one year of experience related to the essential functions of the position. Any equivalent education and/or work experience may be substituted in order to meet the minimum qualifications of the position.

Minimum of one year experience in utilizing Microsoft office tools and a help desk ticketing system.

Preferred customer service experience and proficient communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Ability to understand and document the business requirements.

Ability to create Process Documentation

Ability to provide Process & Product Trainings (Attend & Present conferences, Training sessions)

Ability to perform Process compliance monitoring, auditing, reporting (Planned to review at audit window milestones)

Work on Project assignments

Work on Help desk tickets: Review, Respond, Reassign/Route for problem resolution

Ability to conduct Product Testing (User acceptance testing, Operations usability testing to Train the Trainers)

Collaborate with team members on Product Implementations, Installs, Deployments

Meeting within & outside agencies. Represent agency in positive manner

Maintains reliable attendance and possess customer service in a hybrid work environment.
