Description : Develop and manage a process for intake, triage, and fulfillment of data and reporting requests from internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to identify data and reporting requirements. Analyze production data and reports to appropriately identify and assist teams in resolving operational issues and improving process efficiency. Use progressive utilities to analyze data extracts. Develop dashboard reporting for multiple levels of management Ensures timely categorization, documentation, execution and distribution of ad-hoc report requests. Mandatory Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience of working with Medicaid eligibility and enrollment data/systems. Expertise level knowledge and understanding Medicaid Eligibility and Enrollments Minimum of 5 years of working experience working with data extractions and producing ad hoc reports. Experience on creating dashboards for both operations and management level teams. Operational Knowledge of the following: HIPAA and organization/department level security policies and procedures. Nebraska Medicaid eligibility and Managed Care concepts and principles. SQL based query writing and SQL Scripting (create/read/maintain).
