Candidates must have the experience and ability to lead a small project with limited direction. Candidates work directly with various levels of business and technical staff to determine sound technical solutions for business requirements. Candidates work with servers to set-up, install and update software and trouble shoot issues. Candidates designs, codes, tests and documents computer programs. Candidates have full technical knowledge of all phases of applications development and the development technologies utilized. Candidates provide production support for large, complex applications including the ability to resolve problems in constrained timeframes. Candidates are self-starters and self-motivated and have the ability to quickly learn and apply new technology. Candidates have strong organization, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Candidates must have complete fluency in speaking and writing in the English language. Required Skills: Candidates must have at least 7 years of working with HIPAA/EDI X12 4010/5010 Healthcare transactions. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experiences in a position providing support for an Edifecs EDI applications platform. Candidate must have at least 5 years of server experience. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience with relational databases, including complex SQL accessing a large, complex application database. Candidate must have at least 3 years of development experience with COBOL and complex CICS applications accessing DB2 databases in an IBM mainframe environment. Working knowledge of SoapUI, MIME, NDM, SFTP and DB2 UDB tools.
