Receives user requests via VIOS and Track-It! ticket systems for assistance/action 2. Documents, refines, executes and closes user request tickets 3. Performs photography operations for DA Photograph process 4. Analyzes VI requests and determines course of action, ticket creation or routing 5. Instructs users on VI capabilities 6. Promotes complex VI-related issues to technical specialists in the NEC or System Support 7. Coordinates VI projects and installs with the VI Manager in G6 System Support. Technical Duties 1. Receive and process work requests using VIOS and Track-It! help tickets assigned for VI support. This includes receive, document, monitor and close work requests in VIOS. 2. Coordinates administration of VI systems with State VI Manager 3. Provide digital photographic services in studio environment for DA Photographs 4. Provide and manage digital copies and/or recordings of historical and significant events 5. Provide 508 compliant non-linear, interactive multimedia products (limits established locally) 6. Assist with installation, management and troubleshooting of CCTV, satellite and cable television services 7. Produce audio/visual files, video streams for Cisco AppSpace on demand via ticket systems 8. Research and acquire imagery from outside & commercial sources as required 9. Provide instruction and briefings in the use of VI systems and instructional material as required via ticket systems. 10. Provide basic speaking system setup/maintenance for presentation support within the facility as requested via ticket system. 11.
